Fire resistant glass is a transparent type of glass which keeps area outside fire under normal temperature levels and which does not let heat pass to the other side. It can have different thicknesses depending on level of fire protection.

Glasses’ having fire resistance means that they have been specially designed and that their fire endurance and performance periods have been determined with the tests being conducted.

In fire glasses, product thicknesses show varieties depending on areas of application. It should absolutely be known whether application will be done in internal or external space.

If fire glass will be applied to a double glazing unit, product should be applied depending on the side where there is fire danger.
